1. Your agreement with SellRiot
SellRiot is operated by DeepMerchai, LLC (“SellRiot,” “we,” “us”). These Terms govern your use of sellriot.com and its marketplace, messaging, and live-selling services. By using these services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract to create an account or transact on SellRiot. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and promptly report suspected unauthorized activity through Support. Do not impersonate someone else or use another person’s payment method without authorization.
3. Our role in the marketplace
SellRiot provides tools for independent buyers and sellers. Unless a listing expressly identifies us as the seller, each item sale is between the buyer and the listing’s seller. Sellers are responsible for their goods, listing accuracy, applicable shop policies, and fulfillment. Hosting a listing does not mean we have inspected, authenticated, or endorsed the item.
4. Listing and selling responsibly
Only list goods you own or are authorized to sell. Describe condition, authenticity, variations, quantity, and defects accurately, and use images you have permission to publish. Keep stock and shipping weights accurate. Do not list stolen, counterfeit, unlawful, recalled, or unsafe goods. Sellers must comply with laws and obligations that apply to their business and products.
5. Buying and checkout
Review the listing, seller policies, variation, quantity, delivery address, and total before confirming payment. A saved item or an open product page does not guarantee availability. Confirming a purchase authorizes the displayed charge to your selected payment method. Additional bank verification may be required. Contact the seller promptly about mistakes or requested changes.
6. Prices and the Security fee
Sellers list for free. SellRiot charges no seller marketplace fees. Buyers pay the Security fee of 6% of the item subtotal plus $0.30 per order, rounded to the nearest cent. Shipping and applicable tax are additional and shown before payment. The Security fee supports work to secure the platform and protect buyers and sellers; it is not insurance or a promise that every transaction will be loss-free. See the Security fee page. Any future pricing changes will be disclosed before they apply to new purchases.
7. Payments, Connect, and earnings
Stripe provides payment processing and seller onboarding through Connect, subject to its applicable terms and verification requirements. Seller earnings shown as pending are scheduled for release 48 hours after the order is marked delivered. A released balance is not a guarantee of immediate bank receipt: payout availability may depend on processor requirements, restrictions, payment disputes, and applicable law. You remain responsible for information provided to the payment provider and for obligations legally applicable to you.
8. Shipping and packing records
Sellers must pack items safely and ship according to the handling commitments disclosed to buyers. Marking an item shipped requires a product photo, a sealed-box photo with the attached label, and confirmed carrier and tracking details. Label scanning assists verification but does not establish that a carrier received or delivered a parcel. Keep private addresses and labels out of public listing photos. Carrier services, delivery estimates, and tracking are subject to the carrier’s operations.
9. Cancellations, returns, and order problems
Review the seller’s published cancellation, return, refund, and exchange policies before purchase. Contact the seller about an order problem and preserve relevant photos, packaging, messages, and tracking. If you need assistance, contact Support with your order reference. Outcomes depend on the facts, applicable policies, processor rules, and legal rights; these Terms do not establish automatic return approvals, guaranteed refunds, or a specific claim-resolution deadline. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Live shows and recordings
Creators are responsible for the claims, conduct, and content in their shows and for obtaining any permissions required to film or broadcast people or material. Creator video can be recorded when recording is enabled, and sale events can be associated with a show. Respect others’ privacy and do not broadcast private payment or shipping details. Live availability and the timing of pinned items may be affected by network conditions.
11. Community conduct and platform security
Do not commit fraud, harass or threaten others, post unlawful content, misuse personal information, interfere with security controls, or access accounts or data without permission. Do not use the service to distribute malware or infringe intellectual-property rights. We may restrict content, listings, payments, or accounts to investigate abuse, address violations, or comply with legal obligations, subject to applicable law.
12. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant DeepMerchai, LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate and provide SellRiot, including listings, messages, and enabled recordings. This license does not make private packing photos public. You must have the rights needed to upload your content. Records may remain where needed for completed transactions, disputes, backups, or legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Test features and service availability
Features identified as test or sandbox features simulate transactions. Test balances are not withdrawable funds, and test shipping labels are not valid postage. We may change or suspend features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free streaming, or continued availability of every feature.
14. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SellRiot is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. To the extent legally permitted, DeepMerchai, LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the services. These exclusions do not apply where prohibited and do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
15. Account restrictions and leaving SellRiot
You may stop using SellRiot and request account closure through Support. Closure does not remove responsibilities for outstanding orders, disputes, or amounts lawfully owed. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. We retain information only as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.
16. Florida law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Florida law and applicable federal law, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would select another jurisdiction’s law. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and any nonwaivable jurisdictional rights, disputes arising from these Terms will be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in Florida. This clause does not create a mandatory arbitration agreement or waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
17. Updates and contacting us
We may revise these Terms and will update the date on this page. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain agreement before material changes take effect.
